Profile: General Quock

General Quock is a round, horribly smelly man, and hard to look at. No one is quite sure if Quock is actually a general of anything. He just appeared at the base one day wearing a uniform. Either way, he is currently the leader at Siniss 10, a mostly abandoned base on the outskirts of Haberknuckle Way just off the arm of Sebernautica Induction Highway.
